MyTeamGPT is a team design product. This page explains how we handle information about the organisations that use it and the people recorded within them.
Privacy
How we handle your information.
This is our initial privacy statement. It reflects how the product works today and will be reviewed formally before general availability.
Information we collect
Account information such as your name and email address, organisation details you provide, and the team and people records you create inside the product.
Why we process it
To provide the product: to let you create teams, record people, and view your own organisation's information. We do not sell personal information.
People recorded by our customers
When an organisation records details about a person, that organisation decides what is recorded and remains responsible for informing that person as required by law. We process it on their behalf.
Data separation
Each organisation's records are separated at database level. Users can only read and change records belonging to organisations they are a member of, and only within the role they have been given.
Retention
We keep information for as long as an organisation's account is active. When an organisation is deleted, its teams, people and activity records are deleted with it.
Your choices
You can edit or delete records you are authorised to manage from within the product, and you can ask us to delete your account.
