These are placeholder terms written in plain language while the product is in early development. They require formal legal review before public launch.
Accounts and roles
The first person to create an organisation becomes its Owner. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they grant.
Customer data
You keep ownership of the organisation, team and people records you create. We process them to provide the product and to keep it secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use MyTeamGPT to make automated employment decisions, to record special category personal data unnecessarily, or to disadvantage people on the basis of protected characteristics.
What the product is not
MyTeamGPT is a decision support product. It is not a psychometric testing service, and it does not determine whether anyone should be hired, promoted or dismissed.
Availability
The product is in active development. Features described as coming soon may change, and some functionality may be unavailable while we build it.
Changes
We will update these terms as the product develops and will tell account owners about material changes.
